The JB&B team has extensive experience with all levels of ASHRAE energy audits for a wide range of facilities. From ASHRAE Level 1 walkthrough surveys to Level 3, investment-grade audits, our teams’ focus on providing valuable energy insights ensures actionable recommendations and high-quality deliverables at all phases of the project. 

Our Process:

1. Review available documentation, including drawings and utility bills, to understand existing energy-using systems on site.

2. Perform site visits to obtain additional information on systems and current operation.

3. Identify potential energy conservation measures and quantify resulting energy, cost, and carbon savings through spreadsheet or simulation-based energy modeling.

4. Obtain cost estimates and evaluate financial performance of selected measures.

5. Develop energy reduction recommendations.
