The JB&B Deep Carbon Reduction Group realizes that evaluating building performance and opting to upgrade buildings for a low carbon future comes at a premium. To help manage the costs, we leverage city and state incentive and rebate programs and manage the incentive management process so you can focus on the decisions that matter to your building, your tenants, and your community.

Our Incentive Management Offerings:

• Identify city, state and federal programs that are applicable to the building or project.

• Quantify available incentives to offset the cost of energy/carbon performance study and/or implementation costs for energy or carbon reduction projects.

• Prepare and submit incentive applications and respond to questions from the program manager, providing revised documentation if needed.

• Act as a single point of contact and manage the process from start-to-finish for the project team.
